Prep time: 20 minutes Bake time: 15 minutes
Total time: 35 minutes
Ingredients:
1 package frozen puff pastry (about ¾ lb), thawed
¼ cup butter, melted and cooled
4 tbsp granulated sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 egg
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
Remove the ready-to-roll dough from the fridge about 10 minutes before using to let it warm slightly.

Roll dough out onto baking paper to a large rectangle, about 1cm thick.
Brush with melted butter. Sprinkle with sugar/cinnamon mixture, reserving 1 tablespoon of mixture.
Start rolling from the long side. Cut into "snails" by cutting into slices.
Place the "snails" on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Brush a beaten egg over the "snails". Sprinkle with the remaining cinnamon sugar mixture.
Bake for about 12 - 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Allow to cool on a wire rack.
