Recipe of the week: Maultauschen

Maultauschen are a Swabian speciality which enjoy popularity across Germany. Similar to Italian ravioli, the outer layer of pasta encloses a filling traditionally consisting of meat, breadcrumbs, onions, leeks and parsley. The pasta parcels are then either cooked in broth or fried in butter with onions, making for the perfect winter comfort food. Find a recipe here.
